1. Should have technical knowledge on SAP HCM module like Organization Management (OM), Time management and Personal administration(PA).
2. Should have hands on experience on configuration of work schedule rule, personal area, personal subarea, employee group, employee subgroup, actions, holiday calendar, absence types, LSMW, features, Personnel time events, counting rules.
3. Three to five years of working knowledge as SAP HCM functional consultant.
4. A proven track record as application support analyst and ensuring the proper functioning of operational services;
5. Degree in engineering, or a or equivalent experience in the related discipline;
6. Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization
7. Ability to create different documents for functional specification, Unit testing etc.
8. Working knowledge on interface
9. Having experience in onboarding of member firms.
10. Having knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central
